Mark is a Senior Project Manager at KEO International Consultants. He has over 33 years’ experience in the water industry with over fifteen years in the Middle East, predominately in the design of stormwater management strategies which including sustainable urban drainage solutions and grey water reuse for which he actively encourages the implementation of.
Mark has worked extensively across the UK and Middle East, most notably part of the independent assessment team that helped develop the first asset management plan for the to be created Scottish Water company. He has provided flood alleviation solutions for clients such as Yorkshire Water, Severn Trent Water and Thames Water. While in the Middle East his first project was the design development of the Dubai Downtown infrastructure including the technical design coordination of the Dubai Fountain, with other projects include hydrology studies and flood alleviation solutions across the UK, UAE and Saudi Arabia and designing a sea water supply and assisting with wastewater management strategy for SeaWorld Abu Dhabi.
His working knowledge also extends to the design of groundwater management, pollution prevention, sewerage systems, water, and irrigation distribution systems.
